Cancellations & Refunds
Event tickets and event packages are generally non-refundable once a booking has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated on the product page.
Because event tickets are time-specific and hotel rooms are secured in advance, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds after purchase except where required by law.
Ticket-only purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the event organiser and ticket provider.
In the event of cancellation or postponement by the organiser, any refunds or exchanges will be handled in accordance with the organiser's policies.
We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate travel and event insurance.
Tickets: Your tickets will be transferred securely to the email address provided at checkout. Transfer timings vary by event and, in some cases, may not become available until closer to the event date.
Hotel: Your hotel confirmation is typically sent to the lead booker’s email within 24–48 hours of your order being placed.
Hotel bookings are made in the lead guest’s name for straightforward check-in.
