These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TixTrip website and the purchase of ticket and hotel packages from TixTrip (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About Us
TixTrip is a ticket and hotel package provider offering combined event tickets and accommodation for live events.
TixTrip is not the event organiser, venue operator, artist, promoter, or hotel provider. We act as a package provider combining event tickets and hotel accommodation.
2. Booking & Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise stated.
- A contract is formed once you receive a booking confirmation email from TixTrip.
- Prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before confirmation of your booking.
3. What Your Package Includes
Each package listing clearly states what is included. Typically:
- Event tickets (mobile transfer)
- One-night hotel stay (unless stated otherwise)
Any extras not listed in the package description are not included.
4. Ticket Delivery & Transfer
- Tickets are transferred securely via official ticketing platforms (e.g. AXS, Ticketmaster or venue-approved mobile transfer).
- Tickets will be transferred to the email address provided at checkout.
- Ticket transfer may occur at any time after purchase and may be delayed until up to 72 hours before the event.
- The lead booker is responsible for ensuring the correct email address is provided.
- All ticket usage is subject to the event organiser’s terms and conditions.
We are not responsible for entry refusal due to failure to comply with venue or organiser policies.
5. Hotel Accommodation
- Hotel confirmation will be issued in the lead booker’s name.
- Hotel details will be sent within 48 hours of booking unless otherwise stated.
- Guests must comply with the hotel’s own terms and policies.
- A valid ID and payment card may be required at check-in.
- Incidental charges (room service, damage, etc.) are the guest’s responsibility.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
All package bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
Because event tickets are time-specific and hotel rooms are secured in advance, we are unable to offer cancellations or refunds once a booking is confirmed.
You are strongly advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
7. Event Changes & Cancellations
If an event is:
Postponed
Your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. Hotel arrangements may be amended subject to availability and supplier terms.
Cancelled
Refunds will be issued in line with the event organiser’s refund policy. Hotel refunds will depend on the hotel provider’s terms.
TixTrip is not liable for additional costs such as travel, loss of earnings, or other consequential losses.
8. Changes by You
Requests to amend bookings cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional costs. We cannot guarantee changes to:
- Ticket locations
- Hotel dates
- Guest names (where restricted by suppliers)
9. Entry & Venue Policies
Entry to events is subject to:
- Venue security checks
- Age restrictions
- Promoter rules
- Government regulations
Failure to comply with venue policies may result in refused entry without refund.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- TixTrip shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for your booking.
- We are not responsible for actions of third-party providers (event organisers, venues, hotels, ticket platforms).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.
11. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Weather
- Government restrictions
- Strikes
- Venue closures
- Artist withdrawal
12. Travel & Insurance
Customers are responsible for arranging:
- Travel to and from events
- Appropriate insurance cover
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.
13. Resale & Commercial Use
Tickets provided as part of a package must not be resold or used for commercial or promotional purposes without written consent.
14. Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Cancel bookings suspected of fraud
- Request ID verification
- Refuse service where misuse is suspected
15. Privacy
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
